1. Add butter to large skillet. Melt over low heat.
2. Add olive oil, minced garlic, dried sweet basil, salt, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to skillet.
3. Cook 15 minutes.
4. Increase heat to medium low. Add shrimp.
5. Cook, stirring occasionally, additional 15 minutes.
6. Serve sauce over shrimp.
